The New Mover Direct Mail Program for Healthcare Professionals is a full turnkey direct mail program that allows healthcare providers (dentists, medical clinics, chiropractors, etc.) to target new families shortly after they have arrived in the neighborhood. New movers (also know as new residents, new move-ins) are typically more responsive than established homeowners and many will be looking for new healthcare providers.
Why target new movers?
New movers have long been a traditional favorite of healthcare providers. When a family moves into a new home, they are more likely to change medical providers.
Is this a solo mailing ?
YES! We use a full color, jumbo postcard. It is printed in full color on both sides on 14pt card stock. Your postcard will be printed on a conventional printing press - we DO NOT use low quality digital printing. In short, the the quality of the postcard is excellent and will reflects the quality of your practice.
How much does it cost?
There is a one-time enrollment fee of $69.95 and then it's only 99 cents per piece. This even includes postage. We also offer quantity discounts for larger mailings (i.e. more than 500 pieces/month). You will also receive a copy of the mailing list conveniently printed on peel 'n stick labels for you to use for additional follow up.
Is there a monthly mailing minimum?
No, we have some clients mailing 34 pieces a month.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Absolutely not. If the program does not generate a measurable increase in business, you should cancel your mailings.
Do you offer exclusivity?
Yes. We will not serve another healthcare provider in your market area.
